Waterbeach – an entirely new town re-invigorating a derelict airfield just to the North of Cambridge which will provide 6,500 new homes, 250 acres of green space, 40km of new cycleway connections and 5 new schools over the next two decades. The new town has been specifically designed to promote health and wellbeing, with the whole development set around a 23 Acre Lake.

Euro-City is proud to work with Stonebond to deliver the very first phase of this huge project. It is hard to get a feel for the scale of the development until you get to the site – it takes 10 minutes to drive from the front gate to our Northern Woods site.

We have worked with Stonebond from the beginning on this project, with input into the design process advising on construction and time risks on foundation methods as well as value engineering our own works to ensure the best value delivery.
