Euro-City were appointed principle and works contractor for basement excavation and reinforced concrete frame packing, including waterproofing, drainage and external ground remodelling. Project required excavation of 10,000 cubic metres from basement with sheet piling to the exposed excavation faces and installation of tower crane. 4,000m3 of concrete and 500 tonnes of steel went into the construction of the swimming pool and frame for the new mansion. External drainage and remodelling were carried out alongside main build, together with reinforced concrete structures for an ornamental pond and grand stair.
