Ground works for the first phase of the Thames Valley Science Park build – the Gateway, a 3 storey commercial building. EuroCity began work on 26th May 16 - this first phase will establish all major site preparation and site infrastructure required on the site, including a road link to the Eastern Relief road, links to utilities and digital networks, major landscaping work to the entire site and new cycle and pedestrian routes.

The Gateway building will provide first-class office and laboratory space with a café, conference facilities and flexible meeting spaces.
