Groundwork and managed works for 189 studio apartments and 299 cluster bedrooms. Work will include removal of 10,000m3 of soil from site, 3000m3 of concrete and installation of 130tn steel reinforcement, 111 manholes, 6500m2 of hard landscaping/paving, 4000m2 of soft landscaping and an attenuation tank larger than an Olympic size swimming pool.
